josie maran magic markers

I'm sure y'all have heard me rave about Josie Maran products before, I use at least one product from her line every day (most often, the fabulous Argan Illuminzer). All of her cosmetics are nothing short of amazing- they're packaged in recycled, biodegradable materials and are formulated with botanical ingredients. Her line perfectly embodies what I feel cosmetics' purpose should be- to enhance once natural beauty and conceal flaws (while not creating more of these long-term with harsh chemicals). So, without further ado, the latest two Josie Maran goodies in my arsenal:



The Magic Marker Lip & Cheek Stain in Jive and Flamenco. I swatched both of these but the colors didn't photograph near as gorgeous as they are in real life. Quite simply, you must head to Sephora and check them out yourselves (or simply order online like I did with my first Josie Maran marker- you won't be disappointed!).

Jive is a beautiful coral pink. It's super vibrant so for day I dot a few spots on my lip and quickly rub them together to spread the color and for night I apply this all-over with a gloss or balm on top. Flamenco is a darker, cherry red, almost raspberry really. It's perfect for day or night and I've been wearing it incessantly! The "magic marker" applicator makes it easy to apply anywhere- sans mirror and the formula leaves nothing to wish for!
